At GEMO, we believe that a Client has the right to have a fully custom-made service. That is why we always exactly understand his needs and then put in place appropriate teams. Of course, we always respect the work of all the actors of the construction process, but we arrange for these actors to be fully managed and co-ordinated.
Basically, Project Management consists in leading a project from its very beginning (brief from the Client) to its very end (handover to the Client). To this aim, four main things need to be done:
- Design Management: co-ordination, management and monitoring of the architects and the technical consultant during the design phase;
- Tenders Management: monitoring, management & analysis of the tenders in order to choose appropriate contractors;
- Financial Management & Contract Management: monitoring and the control of all the contracts and the accounting of the project;
- Site Management: co-ordination and management of the people on site (general contractors, subcontractors & authorities) through the use of schedules.
